Here are two tracks i put together 3 years ago. They're far from perfect but i was still quite happy with the results considering that it was my first attempt at recording ever (on my home PC).
Track 1 was about experimenting with harmonies. Basically two guitars over a drum track, with the guitars playing octaves at the begining going into a lead track backed by power chords. It needs polishing but i found it pretty catchy!
On track 2, there are two guitars again, but this time doubling part of the track. I also added/made a midi bass line which helps to add some weight to the sound.
